Great shopping App. Very smooth, the Watch Us Live is the best feature

It took years and years but TSC finally came out with a shopping app. Gasp. You would think that after waiting so long that TSC would hit it out of the ballpark. Too bad that they didnt. Compared to their American counterparts, QVC and HSN, this app is absolutely archaic. Slow. Ineffective. Poorly designed. Not user friendly in the least. This is a total disappointment and a disgrace. While watching their streaming, low quality feed on the app (which is a complete waste on my Retina display iPad) it is impossible to pull up any info on the product so that I can shop it while watching the live feed. While I am happy that TSC has finally stepped into the 21st century, albeit years too late, you would think that after making us wait here in Canada for years for this that it would have been properly thought out. This app is a poor, shameful, pedestrian example of what it should be. Rogers is capable of so much more.

So far so good! Only I cant send email to customer care through app or mobile site. Please fix it!

I am using voiceover and the app doesnt work properly. It lets me see products, but I cant buy them. The popup buttons dont work.

I looked everywhere for the 75th anniversary superman coin and it was sold out. Finally found it at TSC and this app worked perfectly.

Lagging, very cheaply made app. Dont waste your time on this App.

iPod touch app is great. iPad app is crap. Cant just browse all items on sale that day. Pls fix it.

I love TSC but the ap is terrible! Slow, lagging, dosnt open wont show pictures etc etc etc. i tried to buy things and it crashes i try to look at items and it crashes. Tsc fix ur ap u are losing customers! People, dont waste your time and get frustrated with this POS ap. go online or watch tv and call in to order.

I guess I just wasnt meant to order.

Thought it was just me not knowing how to search till I read the reviews. One would think if this is your business you would want it to service the customer. Guess not!!

iPhone app says it needs internet connectivity. Its an iPhone with cellular data

I am very impressed with this as its far easier than using my laptop. No problems whatsoever, pictures appear, easy to order, watch videos and even live view all in close up view and at clearer resolution than my 42 inch hdtv.

TSC should be embarrassed. Whoever is responsible for this app should be fired. Makes browsing and shopping at TSC far too frustrating.

Please update app. You cant select different colours on any item. Thanks

Upgrade not good. Am missing have the info.. Only comes up in portrait - will not change to landscape - can not see half the data. Please fix

Latest upgrade does not work right. Same problem. Wont go to landscape and missing information or part of the information. Doesnt fit on the screen in portrait. Cant use the app til it is fixed.

The older version was way better. You cant see all the specials. It actually deters me from shopping on it.

Since they have updated this app nothing works correctly. It does not refresh, is impossible to navigate or search. I also dont think we need the hosts faces and show times slots on the front page. Leaves to user frustrated and have stopped using. Please please go back to the old format.

Says my credit card number is not valid... I guess you dont want my money
